Foothold Cymru, a Welsh charity, runs a brilliant e-waste programme that collects donated devices and trains young people to diagnose, repair, and refurbish them giving equipment a second life and young people valuable, hands-on skills.

We built a custom content management system and inventory tracker to support the workshop. Each device is logged into the system, which generates a printable QR code sticker to attach to the unit.

The dashboard also gives the team a clear view of their wider impact showing how many devices they've recycled and donated back into the community for people who need access to laptops, phones, and other essentials.
